"Very tasty food! Everything is fresh and juicy. Yummy gelato. However, waitresses were a little bored. It would be nice to see more smiling faces!"

"We ordered three pasta dishes and one pizza. Two of the pastas arrived quickly, and the pizza came about 10 minutes later, but our fourth companion still hadn’t received their meal even after 40 minutes. Since one of the waiters asked if we were still waiting for something, I didn’t complain—I assumed he would check on the missing spaghetti. However, after another 15 minutes passed and it still hadn’t arrived, I asked again. A different waiter looked into it and apologized, saying the kitchen had unfortunately forgotten about it. Because of this—although the food was excellent—I initially wanted to give the restaurant only 4 stars. But then the owner personally came out from the kitchen and apologized several times, explaining that he himself had forgotten to prepare the dish. So I had no choice but to give the full five stars! We returned again two days later! :-)"

"We came back after a long period but the quality has remained the same. They offered a started with their homebread with olive oil and tomato. Immediately arrived the pasta for my daughter. Cause of i wanted to have mixed fried fish, Alvise, the owner, suggested me to eat it before, as appetizer, meanwhile my girlfriend had raw prawns. It was a good choice because I tasted a very crispy fried fish and the prawns were delicious. After that we ate spaghetti with prawns and spaghetti alla scoglio. Spaghetti are home made and for me were more tasting than the normal ones. Everything was accompanied by a very good craft beer recommended by Alvise. Dessert with a sorbetto, not liquid but like ice cream. Absolutely satisfied. The parking lot is very small so I suggested to use the public one and reach the restaurant by feet. Prices are aligned with the quality."

"Having arrived as a family of 5 at around 7:50pm, with no reservation, we were quickly accommodated and shown to a table. The owners wife (I think) noticed my daughter's birthday headband (she's only 8) and made a fuss of her, which made her feel special. Having seen a few reviews about a lack of English spoken by staff, we were prepared to get out good old Google translate. However there was no need. The staff all had a good level of English, more than enough to see us through. Also worth mentioning, we are in Italy! It is not an expectation for everyone to speak English. I don't see how people can go to a different country and complain that the residents don't speak their language?! For my main, I had the branzini - it was absolutely divine! The best fish I have ever tasted! I'd highly recommend it! As some have pointed out, service was a little slower than we are used to but again, we are in Italy. We know that the dining style here is slower paced and it was nice not to feel rushed. When paying, the owner and his wife (again, I think) made another fuss over my daughter's birthday and gave her a gift to take home - a homemade strawberry jam that they sell at the trattoria. This was such an unexpected and kind act by them and as you can imagine, delighted my daughter on her birthday meal. Thank you to the owners of the trattoria for making us feel so welcome and for making my daughter feel so special!"
